What You’ll Be Up To:

• Supporting Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring both lunch and dinner services run seamlessly.

• Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and develop team members, driving training initiatives and fostering an environment of continuous growth.

• Operational Excellence: Manage rotas, handle cash-ups, and keep a close eye on stock levels—from essentials to special event items.

• Guest Experience: Work with the team to uphold our commitment to heartfelt hospitality, ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile and a story.

• Brand Ambassador: Embody the spirit and values of The Blues Kitchen.

• Proven Leadership: Experience in hospitality management with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
