We're searching for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Blues Kitchen. 

We’re hiring a Bar Manager to lead the team at one of London’s best-loved late-night venues. You’ll be responsible for running a high-volume bar operation, delivering standout service, and leading by example on the floor. You’ll bring energy, clear direction, and a genuine commitment to heartfelt hospitality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in late-night settings, supports team growth, and is always looking for ways to improve.

What you’ll be up to:

• Leading the bar: manage both daytime and evening bar services. 

• Staff training: mentor and develop our bar team, championing continuous growth. 

• Cash and rota management: oversee daily rotas and handle cash-ups with confidence.

• Stock control: keep a keen eye on inventory, from premium spirits to everyday bar essentials.

• Recruitment: lead the charge in recruiting and onboarding new talent.

• Site maintenance: ensure our bar is always in tip-top shape for an unbeatable guest experience.

• Guest experience: guarantee that every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a smile on their face.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid management experience in a fast-paced bar environment.

• Familiarity with Fourth is a plus, but not essential.

• A basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and SharePoint.

• Strong experience managing a fast-paced bar

• A hands-on, team-first leadership style

• Passion for great service and late-night culture

• A focus on training, development, and high standards
