If so, we are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and engaging Bar Manager to join The Parogon Group and assist in managing the bar and leading a large team at our established restaurant.
As Bar Manager you will already have experience of supervising staff, driving standards, and managing a cellar. You will use this knowledge to train and develop the bar team leading by example and bringing a real flair to develop the service in the department.
You will need to be passionate about great drinks and excellent customer service. You will have a strong work ethic and lead by example setting the pace and standards of service whilst promoting good team spirit and the importance of working together to achieve the same end goal.
You will be responsible for analysing and tracking all financial aspects of the bar such as stock levels, ordering levels, labour spends and the gross profit margin. You will also be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with all health & safety standards.
