The Boars Head is a country gastropub tucked away in the Cheshire countryside near Nantwich – open log fires, a dog-friendly beer garden and the kind of welcome that keeps guests coming back. It's a friendly countryside pub where friends and family meet – and our team looks after them properly.

Here's what we offer:
• Up to £13.35 per hour (Approx. £1,710 every 4-weeks or £22,210 pa)
• Bonus of up to £1,500 a year – based on KPIs that are achievable and impactful
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £4,990 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £28,700 per year
• Part time – 32 hours a week: solid, regular hours with a better work-life balance
• A clear path to Deputy and AGM

The role
You'll lead shifts on the floor, coach the team and support your GM and AGM to deliver amazing service every day – with a clear path to progress.

What you'll be doing:
• Leading shifts and running the floor
• Coaching and supporting the team
• Making sure every guest has a great experience
• Helping with rotas, stock and cash handling

What we're looking for:
• Supervisory or assistant manager experience
• Confident leading from the front
• Passionate about service and standards
• Keen to develop your career with us
