The role and You:

We’re looking for a General Manager who believes in the power of people and food to make someone’s day. In addition to being a talented and hardworking General Manager, you will be a positive influence on the team, delivering the Nation’s Best Loved Caf.

You will be the heartbeat of your Caf, working closely with Head Chef and Assistant Managers in managing everything from standards and efficiency to your team’s happiness.

We want you to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on someone's day. 

As a General Manager you’ll be comfortable and confident with the financial responsibilities associated with running a professional business.
