We’re looking for a Head Chef who is:

• A proven leader with Head Chef experience in Pan-Asian or fusion cuisine
• Agile, innovative, and passionate about pushing culinary boundaries
• Highly organised with strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Skilled in balancing creativity with consistency, quality, and detail
• Excited about creating food that not only tastes amazing but also tells a story
• Calm under pressure, yet full of energy and ideas
