We're in the market for a new superstar Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Bricklayers in Flaunden. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Sous Chef to join the leadership team of the pub.

The Bricklayers is a stunning gastropub and we are incredibly proud of the offering. It boasts an amazing standard of chef-lead fresh menus, all based on local provenance and we're really proud of the 1AA Rosette that the venue currently holds. The core menu includes award-winning, locally sourced British gastro-pub fare and the perfect Sous Chef will continue this high standard of cookery alongside the Head Chef. The rest of the team are hungry to learn and willing to follow the new direction laid out by their new kitchen lead.

The ideal Sous Chef will come from a similar fresh-food background, showcasing an attention to detail and a passion for 'serving the good stuff'. Now is an awesome time to look to join the kitchen team at The Cock Inn.
