The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to support the Bar Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the team, and ensuring the smooth running of the bar during service. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for quality drinks, and a natural flair for people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example during service and support in motivating and training the bar team

• Ensure consistency in drink quality, speed of service, and bar presentation

• Manage stock rotation, line cleaning, and cellar duties in line with company standards

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and compliance

• Contribute to the creation of a positive team culture and support with team development

• Handle guest feedback professionally and work collaboratively with the management team

About You

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a high-volume, quality-led environment

• Confident in leading a team and making service decisions under pressure

• Knowledgeable and passionate about drinks, including beers, wines, and cocktails

• Positive, proactive and guest-focused

• Organised with good communication skills and attention to detail
