The Role
We’re looking for a confident, energetic Bartender to join the team at The Builders Arms. Whether you’re pouring a perfect pint, crafting a classic cocktail, or recommending a local favourite, you’ll take pride in delivering excellent service and making guests feel welcome from the first interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Serve guests with efficiency, warmth, and personality

• Prepare and present drinks to a consistently high standard

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service

• Support your team during busy periods with a positive attitude

• Follow all licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations

• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for great hospitality

About You

• Previous bar experience in a busy, quality-led venue

• Passionate about drinks and customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm under pressure and a team player

• Reliable, punctual and professional
