The Butchers Tap in Marlow town centre is a traditional Butchers, Pub & Grill. A personal service providing high quality meats, burgers, hotdogs and snacks late into the evening.

Supervisor Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding, training and supervising the front of house team members.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Supervisor Requirements:

• Must have a “can do attitude,” be able to multi-task and to work to strict guidelines
• Be punctual, focused, well organised, reliable and have a positive attitude
• Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work a variety of shifts
• Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
