Reservation Agent

With a passion for traditional hospitality and old-world charm, showcasing beautiful, individually designed bedrooms and suites, traditional high tea and warm and friendly service. The ever popular Leopard Lounge serves delicious international cuisine, creative cocktails and live music every night of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Process reservations by mail, telephone, sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Understanding the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
• Understanding the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.
• Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
• Communicate reservation information to the front desk and provide them with updated information, should there be any changes.
• Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk.

• Have good knowledge of the surrounding area
• Proficient computer skills
• Customer service experience, hospitality preferred
• Have a positive and proactive attitude
• Have team player spirit
• Portray professional standards at all times
• Have a friendly and bubbly personality
• Communicate effectively in English
