Your Role:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a smile, guide them through our menu, and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent The Cinnamon Collection with professionalism and charm, sharing your knowledge of our dishes, drinks, and story to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support Seamless Service: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service, creating a cohesive dining atmosphere.
  • Handle Reservations & Enquiries: Assist guests with bookings, queries, and any special requests to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Maintain a Positive Environment: Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for both guests and colleagues, contributing to the restaurant’s overall success.
