 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead with Confidence: In the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll take the reins of the kitchen. Your leadership will ensure that service runs smoothly, safety protocols are adhered to, and security expectations are met to the highest standards. You’ll be the go-to person for your team, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. 

Inspire and Train:

• You’ll have the opportunity to share your passion for food by training and mentoring our kitchen team. You’ll equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to excite our customers and deliver outstanding dishes that exceed expectations. Your guidance will help cultivate a team of confident and skilled chefs. 

Collaborate:

• Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help uphold our high standards and ensure that every dish meets the exceptional quality our customers expect. Collaboration is key, and your input will be valued as you assist in refining techniques and enhancing our culinary offerings. 

Culinary Excellence:

• Prepare and present all dishes with outstanding flair and creativity. You’ll tailor your creations to suit the time of day and day of the week, ensuring each plate that leaves the kitchen is a work of art.
