The Coach is a  one Michelin starred pub, led by Head Chef Brad Cacela, offering a ‘small plate’ menu showcasing traditional British classics with a contemporary twist that Tom Kerridge is renowned for.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, take pride in everything they do and want to be part of a fantastic team.

As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for providing warm, attentive and knowledgeable service to our guests, helping to create a relaxed and informal experience The Coach is known for, ensuring every guest has the best time, from the moment they arrive until they leave.

• Has a friendly, positive and welcoming personality
• Enjoys working with people and as part of a team
• Takes pride in delivering great service
• Has a good eye for detail and a professional approach
• Is reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
• Has previous waiting or hospitality experience, although this is not essential
• Is keen to learn and develop within a busy hospitality environment
