•   Have a keen eye for detail on the restaurant floor
• ·  Experience in a high volume restaurant
• ·  A genuine passion for delivering and exceptional guest experience
• ·  Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
• ·  Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
