Purpose & Scope
The Event Coordinator will ensure the smooth planning and delivery of high-impact events across The Conduit’s partnership portfolio. Working closely with the Partnerships and Events teams, you will support the end-to-end execution of bespoke events including private dinners, workshops, and conferences.

Responsibilities & Key Duties

  • Provide logistical and operational support for the delivery of partner events, from planning through to execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Events, Operations, Impact Programme, Food & Beverage) to coordinate catering, tech, staffing, and room setup for partner-led events.
  • Ensure all details regarding event plans are in CRM (Tripleseat) including special instructions, agendas, AV requirements, setup requirements, and guest list details.
  • Maintain timelines and planning documentation, ensuring all logistical details are communicated clearly and delivered to a high standard.
  • Support the coordination of guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site check-ins.
  • Assist with room dressing, signage, speaker logistics, printed materials, and all in-event coordination tasks.
  • Track post-event feedback and liaise with internal teams on follow-up actions.
  • Support the Senior Partnerships Manager in upholding The Conduit’s quality standards for event delivery.
  • Oversees the profit and loss (P&L) management for each Impact Partner, ensuring financial viability and maintaining healthy margins across all event executions
  • Responsible for management and oversight of strategic partner networks and associated events; ensuring networks are appropriately integrated into programming and events across The Conduit as well as their own private events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in an event coordination, hospitality, operations, or logistics support role, ideally within a purpose-driven or creative environment.
  • Expertise: Familiarity with planning and supporting the execution of live events e.g. round tables, dinners, conferences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline preferred but not essential.
  • Logistics Management: Understanding of venue setups, run-of-show, guest check-in, supplier coordination, and AV basics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using CRM/event tools (e.g. Tripleseat, Notion, Monday.com) is a bonus.
  • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication style.
  • Organisation: Excellent planning and coordination abilities; keen attention to detail and time sensitivity.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours around morning, evening, or weekend events when required.
