The Conduit is looking for an Marketing Manager. Ideally,
you will already be in a Similar role, or holding a similar role, and looking to take the next step in your career. The Marketing Manager will lead the
development and execution of The Conduit’s multi-channel marketing strategy,
positioning The Conduit as a trusted brand in social impact and sustainability
and driving commercial success of The Conduit.
As our ideal candidate, you will be an experienced digital
marketer, skilled at distilling content into key messages for a range of
audiences and channels. You should also be:

Responsibilities & Key Duties
Lead the development, growth and execution of a
multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including the planning, execution and
performance of PPC campaigns across channels.
- Lead and execute the strategy across all
The Conduit, digital and social media platforms, including targeted
advertising to drive Membership, Private Events and F&B sales and
growing our audience for key demographics
- Develop
and manage all marketing partnerships from initial pitch and writing
bespoke proposals to conversion to partnership; maintain a strong pipeline
of potential partners
- Work across
teams to establish and share relevant marketing messaging for both members
and prospects, including feeding into and reviewing the newsletters
created by the Editorial Manager
- Manage and support the development of The
Conduit’s marketing budget. Lead on the placement of all marketing
advertisements and their performance across platforms
- Work
with the programme and membership teams to identify relevant trends and
insights for our target audiences
- Create and improve performance of Sales
Campaigns
- Implement
the Inclusion and Diversity strategy across our website, newsletters,
social media posts and all design assets etc
- Support
the Creative Associate with development of design assets
- Owner
of The Conduit Brand and branding guidelines, responsible for maintaining
the brand across all company activities and producing clear guidelines for
the team
Skills & Experience
- 3 +
years’ experience in a relevant or similar role, with strong experience of
digital marketing for B2C brands
- 2+ years' Restaurant marketing experience (essential)
- Strong
writing skills across a range of channels
- Have
experience of working with, or in collaboration with, a good multi service
agency
- A
strong interest in social impact across our key themes (as listed above)
- Experience
working with a CMS (Wordpress preferred)
- Experience
working with email service providers (Mailchimp preferred)
- Experience
writing with SEO keywords
- Experience
working with social media platforms
- Proficiency
