Role Summary

We’re seeking a proactive, data-savvy CRM professional to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimising our CRM system, leading lifecycle communications, and driving member engagement through personalised, insightful marketing strategies.

You’ll be instrumental in designing campaigns that reflect our values, increase retention, and support the growth of our member base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CRM platform (HubSpot or equivalent), ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and integration with other systems
  • Plan and execute multi-channel email and member communications campaigns
  • Develop and refine customer journeys, lifecycle flows, and automated workflows to nurture engagement and retention
  • Analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics, and continuously improve outcomes through A/B testing and data-driven iteration
  • Collaborate with teams across events, programming, and membership to align CRM activity with broader organisational goals
  • Support lead generation and conversion campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and pipeline support
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection best practices

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience in a CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
  • Experience with campaign planning, segmentation, and automation tools
  • Comfortable with analysing data, generating reports, and presenting insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Passion for social impact, sustainability, or community-focused work is a plus
