Restaurant Host

We are an independent family run 4 AA Stars Hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside. We are recruiting for a full time Restaurant Host to join our busy team in the Cowshed restaurant.

The role of Restaurant Host will involve:

• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Monitoring Daily reservations.
• Taking reservations.
• Serving food and beverages when required
• Ensuring customer satisfaction all times.

Requirements for Restaurant Host :

• Previous experience in a similar or customer facing role is a must
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
