We are an independent family run 4 AA Stars Hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside. We are recruiting for a part time room service attendant to join our busy team. This is a new role and to start with, hours of work are expected to be 3pm - 10pm Tuesday - Saturday however candidates will need to be flexible. Candidates must have a full and clean driving license for this role

The role of  Room Service Attendant will involve:

• Taking room service orders by phone, processing the order correctly noting clearly any allergens
  
• Preparing trays, delivering food (some areas of the hotel will need to be accessed by car and so care must be taken when setting up the orders)
• Assisting the restaurant with service when possible
• Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring customer satisfaction all times.

Requirements for  Room Service Attendant:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is a must, previous experience in a room service role will be a distinct advantage
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Successful applicants will work on any day of the year.
