We are an independent family run luxury venue with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, wedding venue, events space, a festival field and a hotel. We are care about our land, our people and our guests and we are looking to grow our team in our dining and drinking spaces with people that have a drive to delivery industry leading service in a goal to becoming one of the best hotels in the UK.

Our food and beverage assistants get to learn all our venue's and work out which area of our 700 acre farm is best suited to them. Our relaxed, fast Granary Kitchen? Our refined Cowshed Restaurant? Maybe its our Stable Wine and Cocktail Bar? Reap what you sow...

If you have experience in hospitality, be it in restaurants, deli, coffee shop or bars, we want to hear from you.

The role of Food & Beverage Assistant will involve:

• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Enthusiasm of farm to fork menus
• Serving food and beverages.
• Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring a superior guest experience all times.

Requirements for Food and Beverage Assistant:

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment is essential.
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, over 30 hours per week.
