We're now in the market to hire a new Assistant General Manager to help lead the team at one of our most stunning sites, called The Crown at Old Dalby. The pub is beautiful and boasts a lovely and welcoming team, so now would be the perfect time for the ideal AGM to look to join.

The Crown is nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, in Old Dalby, not far from Melton Mowbray and is truly loved by the locals, as well as attracting guests from further afield, looking for a truly spectacular dining experience. As part of our Distinctive Collection, The Crown offers a chef-lead seasonal & local, ever-changing menus. In short, beautiful & bold, sophisticated & confident. As well as a magical dining experience, the bar at The Crown is one of the best - cosy, traditional, and very welcoming to settle on for an afternoon by the open fire. The Crown has recently been refurbished and the site is looking splendid.

Ideally, the successful Assistant General Manager will come directly from another fresh-food gastro pub operation. The perfect applicant will showcase a passion for beers, wines and spirits and ensure the guest has an awesome time at The Crown. There is plenty to learn about in a role like this, and also a real opportunity for progression, with Red Cat Independent Pubs also operating over 35 other sites Nationwide.
