We're in the market to recruit for a new Chef de Partie to join the team at The Crown Inn at Old Dalby. The pub is beautiful and boasts a welcoming and social team, so now would be the ideal time to join.
The Crown Inn has recently been refurbished and has a stunning restaurant and pub area. It serves a very good standard of British pub food, working solely with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Red Cat Independent Pubs have a passion for working with locally sourced ingredients, with some elements from the menu originating from Leicestershire. The chef team here have the creative license to put weekly specials on the menu, creating a sense of collaboration between the pub and the company.
The ideal Chef de Partie will come from a similar fresh-food environment and will be passionate about learning and developing within the kitchen. The successful CDP will not only gain tuition but also an opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment, as the kitchen team here are very welcoming and make it a great atmosphere to cook in.
In return, we are offering a competitive pay package of up to £13.50 per hour plus tips.
