We're in the market for a new superstar Assistant Manager to join the team at the stunning The Crown in Old Dalby. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Assistant Manager to join the leadership team of the pub.

The Crown Inn has really established itself as a stunning gastro-pub located in Leicestershire and is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs, who offer over 35 other premium offerings country-wide. The pub is well-known for serving an amazing quality of British classics as well as locally sourced beers, great wine selection & a variety of cocktails.

The ideal Assistant Manager will come from a similar gastro style background, showcasing an attention to detail and a passion for 'serving the good stuff'. In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £35k with an OTE of up to £37,000 including Tronc.
