About the Role
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the on-shift leader, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive service and every shift runs seamlessly. You’ll guide the FOH team through busy services, support with training, and keep both the guest experience and operational standards consistently high.
You’ll work closely with both the management team and kitchen, acting as the communication bridge so orders are accurate, service is smooth, and the atmosphere stays positive. You’ll also handle any guest feedback confidently, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
From overseeing table turns to encouraging upselling, you’ll keep a sharp eye on both service quality and the commercial success of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the FOH Team – Supervise, motivate, and support staff during service to maintain excellent standards.
Guest Experience – Greet and engage with guests, ensuring service is warm, professional, and memorable.
Operational Support – Organise floor plans, monitor table turnover, and liaise with the kitchen for smooth service.
Training & Development – Help new and existing staff improve skills through on-the-job coaching.
Standards & Presentation – Keep the venue immaculate, following RedCat’s brand and cleanliness guidelines.
Sales Awareness – Promote specials, upsell products, and support profitability targets.
Problem-Solving – Resolve guest concerns calmly and quickly, keeping satisfaction high.
Safety & Compliance – Follow and enforce health, safety, and licensing laws, reporting any risks promptly.
