Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Executive – Corporate Segment to expand our corporate client base, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong business relationships. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, and English proficiency is a must.

 Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, TMCs, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and site inspections to promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

  • Drive direct sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Optimize room rates, corporate packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the corporate segment.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a strong network of existing corporate accounts while continuously developing new leads.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in the corporate segment.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Familiarity with hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM tools) is a plus.
