Key Responsibilities of the Fitness Instructor:
• Provides efficient and courteous service to all guests and health club members
• Able to demonstrate how to use all exercise equipment in an appropriate manner
• Monitors members activities within the health club ensuring that facilities are used in accordance with rules and guidance
• Give alternative exercises during workouts for different levels of fitness and skills
• Give guests and/or health club members information or resources about nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues
• Carries out regular inspections of equipment and facilities
• Ensure that the health club is clean and free of health and safety hazards

Requirements of the Fitness Instructor:
- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Strong communication skills

The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is ideally located in the heart of the city’s commercial and diplomatic area with 245-keys as well as 121 Residence unit. The hotel also have one of the largest convention center in the city as well as 15 meeting rooms as well as six restaurants and bars.
