Our Reservations Team are natural organizers, sales driven with finicky attention to detail and totally tuning into guests needs. They are first class and strive to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is ideally located in the heart of the city’s commercial and diplomatic area with 245-keys as well as 121 Residence unit. The hotel also have one of the largest convention center in the city as well as 15 meeting rooms as well as six restaurants and bars. The Diplomat Garden with 3 swimming pools, the extensive The Diplomat Spa, s state-of-the-art gym and an exclusive Ladies’ only Spa & Gym are part of the hotel’s facilities to make every moment matter! Two newly renovated dining venues are waiting for your touches and creativity skills!

Key Responsibilities of the Pool Attendant:
- Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests and team members while in the pool area by monitoring pool usage and ensuring that all guests are abiding by published safety rules and guidelines.
- Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and housekeeping of the pool area & GYM; utilize a pool area checklist to monitor quality on a regular basis.
- Ensure the cleanliness of pool & GYM restrooms/locker rooms and maintain a sufficient inventory of supplies.
- Ensure the upkeep of the pool by performing general cleaning including pool furniture.
- Assist as needed with the processing of pool area linen to ensure that a supply of towels is maintained at all times.
- Sweep pool area, empty ashtrays and trash containers.
- Complete daily reports and logs as required.
Requirements of the Pool Attendant:
- Experience in Housekeeping
- Team Player
- Male Candidate only.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work space.
