Key Responsibilities of Female Spa Attendant:

• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Thoroughly cleaning areas as directed by the Spa & Recreation Manager and completing daily worksheets
• To service Public Area female toilets regularly throughout the shift to ensure all are maintained in a clean and attractive manner and adequately stocked with the required supplies including liquid soap, tissue and hand towels.
• To check that all equipment in public area is in a good conidiation and report any defects to the supervisor.
• To patrol public areas of the Health Club & Spa.
• Maintains a safe, clean and tidy environment
