What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  •  You will be responsible for delivering food, while working alongside both the culinary and sommelier teams to deliver exceptional service during the day. This will include completing the opening mise-en-place on time as well as closing duties, and having extensive menu knowledge in order to thoroughly explain it to guests, and to ensure that the restaurant is ready to operate and welcome  all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience  .
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, food preferences, beverage and wine preferences, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Head Waiter.
