We want to hear from inspired and energised F&B Managers who are looking for their next opportunity and want to make their mark, leading a fantastic team, and delighting guests, whether it's for morning coffee, breakfasts before work, private dining, evening dinners or an event in our ballroom.

You should have 'food & drink' oozing through you, you love to talk wine matching and food combinations, you are bang on trend and always aware of the next trends around the corner, as well and knowing when comfort food or a good home cooked roast is best.

You lead and inspire, living our 'Ownership with Personality' value.

To be successful you should have proven experience in a similar F&B role, preferably 2 years+, with proven management skills and solid commercial awareness.

This is a key role within the management team, working with closely with management colleagues to take the Hotel forwards to the next level.

Its striking powder-blue façade, a study in Georgian elegance, is as much a part of King’s Lynn’s Tuesday Market Place as the stalls that have traded here for generations. It’s the quintessential market town hotel – a handsome hostelry with history at every turn, restored and restyled for the discerning twenty-first century traveller.
