It’s the quintessential market town hotel – a handsome hostelry with history at every turn, restored and restyled for the discerning twenty-first century traveller.

We are looking for an enthusiastic CDP Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service;

Your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:

• Assisting with the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
• Supporting Senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef
• Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
• To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!
• Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section

• Determined to deliver the best results, regardless of pressure
• A team player, who values input from others
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willing to share ideas around improving the customer’s experience
