Today, period charm meets contemporary chic, 80 spacious rooms that envelope you in comfort, and the very best local produce is served – in our acclaimed restaurant, lounge and buzzing bar.

We are looking for an enthusiastic CDP Chef to join the brigade that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service;

Your CDP responsibilities include:

· Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident

· Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/ Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner

· To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section- great food, every time!

· Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section

About you- our CDP:

· Passionate about food and mouth watering taste combinations

. Determined to deliver the best results, regardless of pressure

· A team player, who values input from others

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Willing to share ideas around improving the customer’s experience- whether that's creating a new sauce or practicing your knife skills!
