About Us

The Edge Bar is Shoreditch’s go-to for atmosphere, energy, and exceptional service. Known for our buzzing beer garden, live DJs, and top-tier drinks, we’ve been a local staple since 2014. We’re now looking for a Front of House Manager to keep things running smoothly, lead the team on the floor, and help us create memorable guest experiences every night.

The Role

As FOH Manager, you’ll be the face of the floor—coordinating staff, solving problems on the fly, and setting the tone for top-level service. Whether you prefer a fixed salary or flexible hourly setup, we’ll build a package around your strengths.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Leading front-of-house operations during service

✔ Supporting with training and managing the team

✔ Delivering exceptional guest service and handling queries confidently

✔ Maintaining the vibe, cleanliness, and overall flow of the venue

✔ Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and senior management

✔ Keeping energy high while handling the occasional curveball like a pro

Who You Are

? 2+ years of hospitality or bar experience

? Confident leading a team and keeping service slick

? Strong communication and guest-handling skills

? Calm under pressure and organised behind the scenes

? Personal Licence is a plus (or we’ll help you get it)
