A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENTS MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL
Lead the full operational delivery of all event types ensuring seamless on the day execution and post event wrap up.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate these into clear, practical operational plans.
Create well structured event briefs, running orders, and setup instructions that ensure every detail is prepared and delivered to the highest standard.
Coordinate across all hotel departments culinary, bar, operations, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance , to ensure every element is aligned and executed flawlessly.
Oversee room setups, equipment, staffing requirements, supplier coordination, and event day logistics with precision and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, brand standards, and operational procedures always.
Act as the onsite operational lead during events, resolving issues quickly, maintaining service flow, and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout.
Conduct thorough post event reviews, identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve efficiency, and elevate operational delivery
A people person with a natural ability to connect, build trust, and create memorable experiences.
Strong communication skills, confidently engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Organised and detail driven, ensuring every element of an event runs smoothly from planning to execution.
