A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KITCHEN PORTER  AT OUR HOTEL 

What you'll be doing...

• Provide evening turndown service in guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
• Refresh guest rooms in accordance with brand standards, including bed presentation, lighting adjustment, replenishment of amenities, discreet and intuitive services, and cleanliness.
• Restock and replace towels, fresh linens, and restock bathroom supplies.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or guest requests to appropriate departments promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping carts and closets.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures in compliance with hotel standards and local regulations.
• Deliver special guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, blankets, slippers, etc.) with prompt, courteous service.
• Exhibit knowledge of hotel amenities and services to anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest service.
