We are seeking a proactive Night Team Member to join our wonderful team. In this role, you will have dual responsibilities across Reception and Food & Beverage, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during the night shift. You will also occasionally cover day shifts, providing flexibility and support to the team.

Working pattern: 5 days per week/  40 hours per week / shift work 

We are looking for someone with previous hotel or customer service experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. 

As a Team Memberyou will be:

• Checking in and out guests while delivering outstanding levels of service. 
• Managing requests and creating memorable experiences. 
• Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties as well is ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Providing assistance during the day shift when required, covering reception or food & beverage duties as needed.  
• Providing excellent service to guests, whether serving drinks, food, or snacks during the night.
• Assisting with the setup and closing of the bar or restaurant areas for overnight service.
• Taking food and drink orders from guests, ensuring they are served promptly and to a high standard.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.
