Kitchen Manager - British Pub - Fresh Produce - Up to 38k - Sundays Closed - South East London
Are you a Kitchen Manager or a Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career? We are looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who has a great range of experience working in gastro pubs or quick service restaurants to join our team.
The newly relaunched Elephant & Castle is a one of a kind venue, an iconic pub, sports bar and beer garden situated over two floors. Well know for its outstanding service and classic gastro food menu, the Elephant & Castle is one of SE London's best kept secrets.
You Are:
- An enthusiastic, dynamic Chef who is ready for a new challenge.
- Able to demonstrate your experience of working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
- Able to demonstrate experience of working in a professional kitchen showing a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
- Able to show a proven track record of managing the kitchen and controlling stock and GP.
- Able to show technical skill and attention to detail
- Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Confident in your communication skills and ability to lead and motivate their teams.
- Reliable and take pride in what you do
