Waiting Staff - The Clunie Dining Room

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team, in the Clunie Dining Room at The Fife Arms Hotel. As a F&B Host, you will be  working closely with our Restaurant Manager and team, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop your skills whilst under the mentorship of our Restaurant Manager and the team.

As a F&B Host, you will be responsible for:

• Hosting guests and making menu recommendations
• Smooth and efficient running of service
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable
• Taking orders and delivering service as per SOPs
• Reporting any issues to Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager
• Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Continually striving towards achievement and improvement
• Assisting team or help with other duties when required

Expectations

Our successful F&B Host will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar hospitality environment
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
• A thorough understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
