About the Role

As Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the security and smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property through regular patrols
• Maintaining a professional front desk presence overnight and completing the Night Auditor checklist
• Reconciling daily cash and card payments
• Supporting the Night Porter in keeping public areas clean and presentable
• Responding to guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Providing cover for the reservations team during overnight hours

About You

• You have previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud is essential
• You’re service-oriented, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• You’re a great communicator with a flexible and proactive approach
• You have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not possible for this role
