The Fife Arms Hotel—located in the heart of Braemar and the Cairngorms National Park—is delighted to be recruiting a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our award‑winning culinary team.
We welcome guests from around the world and from our local community, offering them the very best of locally sourced, seasonal Scottish produce. Our dining experiences include:
- The Clunie Dining Room, showcasing open wood‑fire cooking
- The Flying Stag Pub, serving pub classics and hearty Scottish favourites
- Breakfast service, delivering an exceptional start to each guest’s day
- Seasonal pop‑up concepts in our Fog House and courtyard
Depending on your experience and skillset, your role may be based in The Flying Stag Pub, The Clunie Dining Room, or within our Breakfast team.
About the Role
As Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
You’ll work under the mentorship of Executive Chef Lee Murdoch, gaining experience across different sections and further developing your culinary abilities in a world‑class kitchen.
