About the Role

As Assistant Pub Manager, you’ll support the Pub Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You’ll take ownership in their absence—confidently guiding the team, maintaining high standards, and championing our culture of excellence.

You’re someone who leads by example. You’re passionate about training, mentoring and developing your people. You understand how to create memorable guest experiences and are committed to ensuring every visitor leaves feeling enriched and connected to our ethos.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Assistant Pub Manager brings:

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality environment, working with LQA/Forbes is an advantage
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills and natural leadership ability
• A good working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
• A commitment to delivering the high standards expected in a luxury setting
