The Role

Elsa’s Cocktail Bar is an exquisite jewel box, brings Art Deco glamour to the Highlands. Inspired by fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli’s signature style, love of shocking pink and “bon mots”, this bijou bar offers champagne and hand-crafted cocktails that are beautifully presented. The perfect spot for a pre-prandial aperitif or a late-night digestif, the bar showcases Scottish spirits and elixirs.

As an Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender at The Fife Arms Hotel Braemar you will be a part of a small team providing high quality drinks, exceptional service and creating the best experience for our guests. You will take part in creating new menus, attend trainings and tastings, as well as create some very unique and tailor-made cocktails.

The Team has been chosen for their creative flair and passion for both Cocktails and World Class service with a desire to consistently learn and grow.
