We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at The Fish Shop Restaurant
and Fish Mongers as a Chef de Partie working closely with our Executive Chef,
Marcus Sherry and team.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and a passion for excellent food and a desire to develop your cooking skills whilst under the mentorship of our Executive Chef and the team. You will learn and gain experience on each section of our kitchen.

for those who enjoy freshly cause seafood which is ethically sourced. Designed
to cater to the locals and residents of Ballater, alongside the many seasonal
visitors, Fish Shop offers a modern and relaxed 40-cover seafood restaurant
with an adjoining fishmonger.
Fish Shop is committed to stocking only sustainably sourced fish from day and short-trip boats, as well as creel-caught and hand-dived crustacea. With the addition of select game, meat and vegetables from surrounding farms and estates. All mean will be free-range and locally sourced.
It Is committed to being low-waste from fit-out to packaging; even the smoking techniques use zero-emission charcoal!
