Sous Chef - up to £42k + Bonus - Modern British Pub - High Volume - West End, London 

The Ganton Arms is a modern British pub and restaurant just off Carnaby Street in London’s famous West End. We serve a host of classic lagers and craft beers, a premium range of wines and spirits alongside a delicious seasonal food menu. The Ganton Arms is the perfect place to enjoy some dinner before or after the theatre or to unwind after a day of shopping in Soho or Carnaby Street. 

This amazing opportunity is ideal for someone who loves working with fresh premium and seasonal produce, loves working in a busy kitchen; understands the importance of delivering a perfect service with or without the Head Chef present; is an approachable leader and strong communicator who motivates and works with their team to deliver success. 


You Are:

  • An experienced Sous Chef who demonstrates commitment and stability
  • Driven by great food and fresh produce, seasonality and creativity get you buzzing 
  • An approachable leader who values and inspires their team through a culture of creativity
  • A good communicator, organised and loves a laugh
  • A team player who leaves their ego at the door - we get stuff done
  • Experienced in working with in a fresh food restaurant or pub kitchens
  • Business savvy, running a profitable kitchen while maintaining exceptional standards are key
  • Ambitious, want to grow and develop within a fantastic, award-winning company
