We are looking for a Wholesale Account Manager

Established in 2014 we were determined to reinvent age-old traditions of servicing a superb cup of coffee in creative and inspiring surroundings, providing a beautiful thinking and meeting space and environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone to fill a position as a Wholesale Account Manager. You will be an ambassador of the brand ensuring that our clients get the best from our coffee. the role is key to driving sales and brand awareness.
The position will require travel around London clients throughout the week, as well as occasionally to other parts of the UK.
Key responsibilities
· Providing tailored and well-mannered support to our clients
· Actively seeking out opportunities to engage with and support wholesale accounts
· Technical client support, including but not limited to stock management and ordering
· Providing bespoke training
· Building tailored equipment packages for client, including new sites
· Invoicing analysis
Required Skills
· The role is great for a self-starter who likes to work autonomously, organisation therefore is a must.
· Passion for hospitality
· Love of coffee
· Knowledge our products, awareness of coffee trends and sales know how. If you don’t know it, you make it your mission to find out!
· You love interacting with people
· Eagerness to seek out new business opportunities
· Experience within the Speciality Coffee Industry and/or similar sales environment
· Stock management experience
