We’re looking for a new General Manager for this fantastic Bel & The Dragon site.

Westerham is a small, affluent, town in Kent with excellent road links to the surrounding area. It’s popular with tourists there are a number of National Trust Houses nearby and there is even an up-and-coming wine trail celebrating the amazing English wines produced in the area. It’s well known as the gateway to the southeast.

The George & Dragon sits within the Bel & The Dragon estate and was opened in July 2022 so it’s still practically looking good as new.
It has 13 luxurious bedrooms, a private dining room and quirky nooks to hide away and enjoy a peaceful afternoon in front of a roaring fire.

The local community are engaged with the business and it’s a popular venue for celebrations. The General Manager must be the face of the business and on hand to meet and greet as well as take every opportunity to grow the business.

Situated in the beautiful town of Westerham in leafy Kent, just outside of the M25, The George & Dragon sits at the heart of the town.
