We're on the hunt for a talented and adventurous Roaming Chef to join our team in beautiful North Norfolk! This role offers a unique opportunity to travel across the area, crafting menus that celebrate local ingredients and the flavors of Norfolk’s coastline and countryside. As our Roaming Chef, you'll bring creativity and passion to each location, from charming villages to seaside towns, delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the region’s rich culinary heritage. Job Requirements

• Working across multiple Chestnut Pubs. 
• Supporting and leading kitchens 
• Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Dry stock management
• Working closely with the General Manager to cultivate a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
• Own transport to work in different locations across North Norfolk.
