We’re looking for an experienced Pub Supervisor to join our growing team at The Greenman in Stanford.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident running shifts, leading teams, and delivering great guest experiences in a busy, food-led pub. We're after someone reliable, professional, and ready to hit the ground running.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a supervisor or shift-leader role in a pub, bar, or busy restaurant
Comfortable running the floor and leading the front-of-house team
Confident with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
Good understanding of stock control, hygiene standards, and customer service expectations
Calm under pressure and able to make decisions on the go
Organised, friendly, and a great communicator
Personal licence is a bonus but not essential
Lead shifts and supervise the FOH team to ensure smooth service
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold pub standards
Support management with training new team members
Handle stock deliveries and maintain clean, well-run bar and floor areas
Help drive a positive team culture and guest-focused environment
