The role:

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered across the board – whether it’s in the bar, restaurant, or rooms. You’ll:

• Lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver memorable guest experiences every time
• Support the General Manager in running day-to-day operations across food, drink, and accommodation
• Drive a warm, welcoming atmosphere where customers feel genuinely cared for
• Take responsibility for standards, training, and team development
• Deputise for the General Manager and help steer the business forward

About you:

• A hospitality natural – you love working with people and understand that great customer service is the key to success
• Either an Assistant Manager ready to progress or a Deputy Manager seeking a new challenge
• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially aware
• Able to balance operational excellence with genuine care for guests and staff alike
• Hotel or rooms experience is a bonus, but not essential
